Miracle Questions

Please help, been on many cruises other lines but only a 4 and a 5 day on Carnival. These questions are specifically for the Miracle (in no special order).

1. What kind of chairs are on the balcony?

2. Is there a refrigerator in the cabin?

3. Is there a Chef's Table? If so, how much and is it worth it?

4. Is there an adult only area? Does it have and adult only pool?

5. How many formal nights are on an 8 day cruise? How formal is formal?

6. Is it true that if you go to the Steakhouse the first night you get a free bottle of wine?

7. Anything else you think we should know as we go on the Miracle for the first time?

Thank you.

1. Depends on the type of balcony. Standard would be 2 chairs and a table. An extended balcony will have a lounger as well. We were in 8232.

2. Yes

3. Yes but we didn't do it

4. Yes but not strictly enforced on any ship

5. 2 formal nights. Usually 2nd night and 7th night

6. Yes...worth the $$

7. Probably our favorite ship, and seems to be the favorite of a lot of cruisers.

Enjoy !

Only comments I would add is that the Chef's table cost is $75/person. Also, I have never seen a second formal night on the last night of a cruise (for logistical reasons). I have done the Chef's table the last four cruises. Long evening (over 2 1/2 hours) free flowing wine and a lot of fun. On the Pride (sister ship of the Miracle), the CT was held in the night club (lower level).

Yes to Chef's table. It is worth it. Chef Wellington Diaz did ours in Dec and it was great! Also all the wine you can drink. You also get a "back stage" tour of the kitchen/galley during dinner service. Our Chef's table was on the 2cd night of cruise...They also had one the 7th night I think.
