I take it you are asking about cabins E100-E121.

Princess does close that part of the deck at night so that footsteps do not keep you awake.

If you like to sit in your cabin during the day your view would be mainly of heads bobbing by. And while I doubt anyone could see in, it may be quite discomfiting if one forgets to draw the curtains while undressed.

 

(As an aside--on Grand, Golden and Star Princess there are some balcony cabins in that same location. I know someone who stayed in one and she had no complaints. But the balcony railing is very high and solid plastic in order to prevent peeping)
