Any gay businesses in W Carib?

I'm going to the W Carib in a few weeks and was wondering if there are any GLBT businesses, clubs, tours, eateries that anyone knows about? Always like to keep $$$ in the family when I can. Going to Costa Maya, Belize, Roatan and Cozumel.

Check out Cate's lilly pad located at the Belize cruise port just a little tiki bar but inexpensive drinks and good food. Cate is awesome to talk to as well :)
