Referral Program?

I don't think there is but curious as to why Carnival has never attempted a referral program, specifically with PVPs?

I went on my first cruise in 2010 and scheduled through a PVP. I sent four people to him in 2011/2012 AND recently sent him (8) new people(none of which have ever cruised) and who are all going on my next cruise, that also includes a wedding!

It'd be nice to be somewhat acknowledge for sending Carnival "new" business. That's 12 NEW cruisers in 2 years. Maybe a little something in your room, OBC, etc. :)

JMHO... if they had problems filling cabins they probably would

To an extent i believe this is true......but, I have sent them 8 people who most likely would never have cruised Carnival if it weren't for me. If all 8 of those people enjoy their cruise along with everyone elses referalls over the years it is going to createa bigger deamand(more ships).

Figured they had a quota but wasn't sure. A bottle of wine or something would definitely go a long way. Maybe I'll get surprised on my cruise in March but I won't be holding my breath.

Maybe they could give VIFP points for every new customer you refer that books (and completes) a cruise?
