I received an email from Smile on March 2 saying refund checks were sent out. To date, I have not received it. Anyone else having this problem?

 

I know a lot of us had Webshots, so I'm curious about everyone else's experiences with canceling when they changed.

We have received our refund.

I've been with Webshots Premium since 2002. Tried Smile when they took over but dislike it intensely for the way it compresses all my photos and have since joined Flickr Pro.

 

Thanks for the reminder to cancel Smile before renewal is due in July.

 

Fingers crossed you get your refund very soon.

I received my refund about 3 weeks ago. Now if I could just figure out how to get the darn Webshots Desktop permanently off my computer I could forget about them completely!:rolleyes:

Thanks for the replies. I still have not received mine, so I'll be following up with them. :mad:
