Price Drop help please!

Information please! Booked a cruise online for June a week ago while on sale with a onboard credit. Saw today on boards that prices were dropping and did check and yes mine did go down. If I call, or can I since I did it online, and try and get lower rate will I lose my onboard credit? If I do it's pretty much a wash. All you experienced Carnival cruisers talk about a paper to fill out. Where do I find it and does it tell you where to send it. Thanks for the help!

Did you book the Early Saver rate? If so, there's an online form to fill out.

If not Early Saver, I would call the 800 number and see if someone can help you out.

You have to add the OBC to your rate to find the true rate. If including the OBC its a wash, then its a waste of time to call.

 

The OBC has to be included as part of the rate.
