Golf in Livorno or Taormina

Has anyone played golf near Livorno (such as Cosmopolitan Golf Club), near Taormina ( such as Il Picciolo Golf Club) or any other course near one of the main Italian cruise ports?

 

We are considering this during our upcoming cruise in May and would love to hear of any personal experiences with any of these courses. We have a full day in each port (at least 10 hours), so hoping this will work. (We have already been to Florence, Pisa, Taormina and Mt. Etna and have seen much of Tuscany and Sicily on previous tours; so this is why we are looking at golf.)
