Question on making ressie's 55 days out

Hi!

I am new to NCL and do know that I can make my specialty reservations at 55 days out due to being in OS suite - my question is who do I make them with?

 

I don't think I can do it online (doesn't show until the 45 day mark) so do I call my PVP? the 800 number? the Pre-Conceirge number?

 

Just not sure?
