for those who ask about ship time

I've been on six cruises, and only one changed time. The other five have always stayed on ship time. If they change time, there will be a notice (quite prominent) in the activity guide in your cabin.

We had one cruise that changed time during the cruise (FLL-Puerta Maya-Limon-Colon), but for the most part we have stayed on ship time. Don't take that as a given, though - we're doing the Baltic cruise in July and my understanding is that he will change time often.

Yes, you will find that the ship will change with the time zones on European cruises.

The most confusing cruise was my first cruise. We changed time zones once on the ship, but twice on the cruise. So when we were in port we weren't in the time zone of the homeport OR the current location. The ship time was truly 'ship time'.

you will notice that carnival will change the time if island time is 2 hours away from their original time.

example-- right now miami time is 2 hours ahead of the time in Belize.
