Invoice Details

I'm wondering how detailed the invoices are..specifically, do they say who made the purchase and are they categorized? I ask because when my husband and I go on our cruise, any amount that is charged over what was budgeted will be the responsibility of the person that made the charge. It will be difficult to uphold accountability without the ability to track at a detailed level.

Thanks!

If you are talking about the on board expenses, you can have different accounts setup with each sea pass.

It is easy to track since you'll each have your own cruise card. The charges are on each individual card and each invoice will have either your name or your husdand's name. The time of purchase and the location is listed as well.

Oh NOOOO ... I've been doing it wrong all these years

Someone told me I was supposed to pick up DW's tab ;)

Seriously ... We pre-plan our shore excursions and budget for them. DW budgets for shopping onboard and shore. DW buys her soda and coffee cards. Budget for our drinks and throw in some extra. So, we generally come in on or under budget. Sometime the photos bite us (they seem to be good at coming up with ones that we can't pass up). The details billing is useful in sorting all of that out.

On the other hand ... there are folks that must be thinking ... How could I drink THAT MUCH

One time ... on a 14 day Panama cruise ... there were these two couples that spent all day in the lido spa with those fancy expensive drinks ALL day long 6 drinks x 2 people x 10days x $25. Add drinks for and after dinner.... you get the idea.
