I have been on hold several times for over 30 minutes before I give up and hang up. Regular booking dept can't help, crown and anchor dept didn't help either. Any ideas? leaveitallbehind Posted June 1, 2013 #2 Share Posted June 1, 2013 If you have been trying anytime this week, the RCI reps (which I would expect includes the group reps) - directly and with TA's - have been very busy assisting the approximate 15,000 passengers with cancellations to rebook as a result of the Grandeur situation.
