Driver Guide Service Question

Looking for private tours for Mediterranian cruise. Specifically for Florence, rome and Naples Lots of buzz on here about Romeinlimo. Anyone ever use Driver Guide Service? Surprisingly they are rated #2 tour company in Rome on TA. The #1 is Rome Cabs which seems to do mostly transfers. In trying to decide between the two, wondering why you don't hear anything about DGS? on cc?

I don't know about DGS, but we've used RomeCabs at least 10 times in the last 3 years. They do transfers and tours.

Not familiar with them. I don't go by the rankings on TA but I do read the reviews. Did they get a lot of reviews?
