PSU Posted July 2, 2013 #1 Share Posted July 2, 2013 We will be taking a cruise (:)RCI Liberty) out of Fort Lauderdale next Feb. after spending four days in Disneyworld. Anybody have suggestions for transport for 9 people from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale cruise port? Thanks so much.
JohninDC Posted July 2, 2013 #2 Share Posted July 2, 2013 Sounds like two rental cars to me (maybe two mini-vans if any in your group packs like my spouse :o) - the drive takes about 3.5 hours. Good luck! :)
Rare Keith1010 Posted July 2, 2013 #3 Share Posted July 2, 2013 I would either rent two cars or you could look at a private vehicle. You could try Carey Limousine. Keith
FlaGrl4Evr Posted July 2, 2013 #4 Share Posted July 2, 2013 Try the Florida Express Bus http://www.thefloridaexpressbus.com/orlando-to-fort-lauderdale-transportation.html :)
mytank Posted July 4, 2013 #5 Share Posted July 4, 2013 4 of us are doing this in September and we have chose to get a rental car (mini van to fit luggage of 4 adults)... We are staying at the dolphin/swan hotel and they have an Alamo car rental there that we have our vehicle booked through. They don't charge a one way fee like some car rentals do. We got it for about $150 for 24 hours... We figured we could leave at our leisure with this and not have some long bus ride that may have stops along the way. We plan on taking a private car transport from Orlando airport to Disney and not having a car while we are there... The swan/dolphin charges daily for parking so it doesn't make sense for us since we won't use it all week.
