Cruise Package Deals

Does anybody have experience with cruise package deals? Pro or con to book your cruise/air/transfers/hotels in a one price deal? It looks good now but what about price drops? I know if you buy a package you're locked in and price drops would do you no good since it's a package deal. Do these deals usually work out to the best or not? It sure would save a lot of work not to have to research flights/transfers/hotels etc. Thanks for any help with this.

Personally I would never book an "all in one", but that's just me. :)

I see posts all the time by UK cruisers talking about all in packages. Where do you find them on the RCCL website?
