Looking for an excursion in falmouth, jamaica and cozumel, mexico

I will be on Allure of the Seas in September and am looking for an excursion in Falmouth and Cozumel that will be fun but not overly energetic. Not interested in swimming with dolphins or rays. Any suggestions?

We enjoy Doctors Cave Beach in MoBay, and renting a car and driving the south end of Cozumel.

No. We are on the 9/8 sailing.

We went to Passion Island in Cozumel a few years ago. Nice, peaceful, nice lunch, cheap massages. They picked us up at a different port (can't remember the names, etc). All inclusive type setting.
