There are very few Miami hotels with free shuttles. And please remember it's not free. It's included int the hotel price.

 

Consider Hampton Inn in downtown Miami.

 

It's about a $15.00 taxi ride to the pier and it is located right near Mary Brickell with lots of restaurants and shops.

 

While I don't include the shuttle it includes a very nice breakfast.

My favorite Miami shopping is the outdoors Lincoln Road Mall on the Beach on 17th running between Alton and Washington. Upscale shops from around the world. Sundays in Winter offer an antique/collectable market several weeks a month.Any of the South Beach hotels would work.They are on either Ocean Drive or Collins from 1st-23rd street.All close to beach.Port is over 5th street causeway(bridge), 10 -20minute cab ride.

You are really limiting yourself if you must have a shuttle.

 

The Bal Harbour Shops are some of the best shopping in the world.
