Star Princess- Cabins next to Terrace Pool?

We are considering the Hawaii RT from LA on the Star Princess.

There are several open cabins next to the Terrace Pool on Aloha Deck 12.

Is this a sign that these cabins are not desirable? Or am I overthinking this?

Thanks for any cabin advice, I've never sailed Princess before.

Speaking for myself only, based on my own experience, I wouldn't book one of those cabins. Most of the ones near the pool are under the buffet deck. We had a cabin under the buffet deck once, and we'll never do that again. The noise from chairs scraping back and forth and tables being moved around finished late at night and then started up again way early in the morning when the crew started cleaning the deck in preparation for the new day. It's a really nice location other than that ...
