Just for fun, Did you ever not charge anything on your account

We have had a couple of cruises where the only charges were tips. We don't gamble or play bingo, don't like the ship's cheesy and expensive photos, don't do specialty dining, are very light drinkers if at all, etc.

 

Hubby and I are 100% debt-free for about 20 years now; home, cars, everything. Taking a cruise does not change our frugal natures in these difficult economic times.

 

For us, owing nothing to no one is so freeing and comprises a big part of our satisfaction in our life.

Once at customs they stop us when we said we are declaring nothing. .. Don't smoke or drink. .. bought all the cheesy souvenirs on other cruises. .. so nothing.
