Email Turnaround Times

Good morning shipmates


I sent an email to P&O on 26 Sep regarding a query for a gift on my forthcoming Ventura N327 Cruise. The email address used was reservations@email.pocruises.com


Is it normal not to have a response yet ?


Alternatively, does anyone have an alternative email address. (I know they like you to ring them on their 0845 premium rate number !), but i would rather put the money towards a nice cocktail or two !:p

The P&O 0843 number is not exactly a premium call rate , it is irritating when you have unused minutes on a mobile package. After trawling through BT's call charge rate list P&O's 0843 No is charged at 3.062p/min, not that unreasonable.
