Booking not showing up?

We have two booking numbers for our cruise on the Crown in December, but only one of them (our interior cabin) is showing up, and the other (balcony cabin) with the other 2 members of our family is not showing up. Is there a way to add #s?

We booked both cruises under the same credit card for our house, shouldn't they all be on the same one? Just two cabins, but all family members who booked together? On past cruise lines I think it showed all of our bookings together. Do we have to make another account then?

Booking numbers are associated with the passenger names occupying the stateroom. To see the other booking, you will need to login as one of the other passengers.

You SHOULD however ensure that your travel agent has LINKED you two bookings to ensure that things like traditional dining reservations, for example, will recognize you as one party.
