Great to see that things are being sorted out. I also note that Guest Services actually didn't apologise for the inconvenience and personal worry to you, only for the delay in sorting it out.

I would be writing to Royal (after you have received the refund and any interest accrued) and expressing your concerns. You never know they may give you some extra benefits on your next cruise. I know we are more laid back in Australia but i bet folks from the US wouldn't just let it go.

Not good.

 

Makes my mistaken charge of $504 seem good.

I paid the sea pass off in cash but then got another charge on the CC.

(and I didn't even flood the bathroom.)

 

But I too, will up the anti if its not sorted quickly. Mine as the end of November.
