Issues with RCCL website?

Is anyone else having issues with RCCL website today? I'm unable to access my reservation. We sail Saturday & I'm wanting to double check & print everything. I'm not sure if its just my reservation or everyones. :eek:???

These problems happen every weekend. Saturday and Sundays are when their IT Department does website maintenance and upgrades. Just bear with it as it's hit and miss throughout the day.

Had issues last night. Finally got to mine somehow. Fortunately don't sail till next month

I'm glad to here that the website is having troubles....

 

According to my reservation, I am suddenly being charged full price for my cruise even though I was able to take advantage of a residence discount. I'll wait and check back tomorrow before I freak out...LOL!

I had problems today with pricing for an upcoming cruise. Called RCI and when they looked it up they showed the correct price. They blamed the IT dept. I did have them e mail me a copy of their guest booking invoice showing the correct amounts.
