Private Van Transportation from MCO to Port of Tampa

We are a group of 9 looking for private van transportation (round-trip) from Orlando Airport to the Port of Tampa. We've looked at some of the commercial companies however they seem very expensive. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Rent a couple cars, there is a place close to the port to return cars and pick them up for your return trip, but the name of the place escapes me. Maybe try hotwire for car rental?

There is a Hertz at the Marriott a couple of blocks from the port, and an Enterprise a couple of miles away (they will drop you at the port). Some of the car rental companies used to offer shuttles from their TPA locations to the port -- I would call and check.
