Transportation help from Orlando International to Port Canaveral

I need some suggestions on what's the best transportation from Orlando International to Port Canaveral. We usually drive, but will be flying in this time.

I would check about a one way car rental it may be cheaper than hiring someone. We had considered doing that if we flew into Orlando for a cruise in April, but switched to San Juan instead.

Happy limo cost our group of 23 25$ pp round trip and they give u a grocery store stop if u would like

we used cocoa beach shuttles and were very pleased. you can look them up online for prices.

We have used Travel Lynx - worked great. This time we are renting a car (one-way under $50). Less $$ than shuttle van.

Executive VIP - but if there are 3 or more in your group, and you have the time (preferably arriving the day prior to your cruise :cool:) a one-way car rental will be cheaper. The drive takes about an hour and all the major agencies (Avis, Hertz, Thrifty, Dollar, etc.) have offices within a couple of miles of the port and offer free shuttle service.

If you got there a day early, couldn't you get a hotel near the port which does airport and cruise port runs?

It is a 55 minute drive from MCO to PC; few hotels will shuttle you from the airport to the hotel and those that do are just adding the cost into your room package. You are better off arranging your own transportation. :cool:

Great, thank you. We're trying to figure all this out for a September trip - never left from this port.
