Wine (not Whine)

I'm sorry if I missed this, but is there a way to now access the current wine list for the MDR on Celebrity ships? I assume that there is one uniform list across the fleet, but if that is not the case the ship I am interested in is the Equinox (March 3 departure).

 

If my wife and I don't finish a bottle of wine in the MDR, will they store it for us until a subsequent meal? If so, may I assume that a white will be kept cool?

Can't help you with the list....but we were just on Equinox and yes, the MDR will store wine you don't finish. They put your cabin number on it so even if you are Select as we were and sat at a different table each night, they would still be able to find it for you. In the past we had eaten at Tuscan and Murano and not finished bottles there and they are supposed to be stored in a central area as well, marked with your cabin number and, theoretically, are supposed to be accessible to you at any dining venue on the ship. I found that didn't work as well. I took to carrying my receipt for the wine that shows exactly what I had ordered and where/when and it always found its way home to me.

Forgot to say that, yes, they will chill the whites if you leave it. And you can also take the bottle back to your stateroom if you wish. Then you could take a glass yourself to dinner the next night.

I was at one of the wine tasting events. I thought the Sommelier said the S class ships holds 4000 bottles of wine. Has anyone heard that? Richard
