Waiting time for taxis in Port Everglades

If I'm off the Oasis between 7 and 7:30, will there be a long waiting line for a taxi? Is it better to reserve a shuttle? Our flight is at 10:05am.

We've never waited more than 5 minutes for a taxi at Port Everglades.

No matter when I have got off Allure I have always managed to get a taxi within 5 minutes. Like others have said there are 3 lines of taxis and it moves quite quickly.

I also agree with the person who said to check the rate, I have read a few stories of people being 'ripped off' recently by drivers.

Have a brilliant cruise

There were 3 rows of taxis lined up that we were lead to as we exited the Allure last July.

Make sure you find out our $$$ before you get in, so the driver doesnt try to pull a fast one.

Sea Ya

Fll taxis are metered unlike the Miami ones that are a set fare if I remember correctly. It would never be more that $20 with a very nice tip included. Pier #2 cost us less than Pier #25 by a couple of bucks or so.
