Celebrity website is a frustrating!

I booked our Celebrity cruise about 3 months ago. I seem to get alot of invalid links within the website that makes it very frustrating to use the site. I've experienced many times on logging into my reservation and trying to look up basic informaton thru the links, but often get an error page. I've tried using 2 seperate browers as well as my computer at work. The pages always seem to be within Celebrity since the background is always the Celebrity page backgrounds. Just now I tried to go to a link to see about redeeming my celebrity visa card bonus point, but alas, the link tells me the page doesn't exist! I would think that as big as Celebrity is, that they could provide a website that functions properly most of the time and is user friendly! I refuse to call Celebrity like I did 2 days ago and be transferred 3 times and sit on hold for 28 min just to answer a question that I should be able to access on the website. Very frustrating! :mad:

I just went on to my reservation on my iPad with no problems, and accessed it yesterday on my PC using Google Chrome. Can't you just go to Celebrity's website & log in?

Yes, it does happen alot with the website! I seem to have better luck with Google chrome than with I.E. Just keep trying, sometimes it works fine!

What a mess!!! The site used to work fine until they tried to update it...Many complaints to Celebrity with no results. Keep trying as it is hit and miss (mostly miss)

I've had the same frustrations, but if you use Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer it works much, much better.

 

That's becoming true of more and more websites!

All these threads about their website really confuse me. Being in IT myself, there is a simple coding test to determine the browser and to make accommodations for the browser.

 

Web coding isn't that hard.....why can't they get this fixed?!?!
