Premier Paking Ft Lauderdale

This is a dicey proposition. The location of the parking lot (open and muddy) is difficult to find, first off. But the real danger here is that the attendants require leaving the keys to the car with them for the duration of parking, on the notion that they may need to move the vehicle in the lot. Ok, we were there and had little option but to leave the key. On return, discovered that the trunk of our vehicle had been rifled and later also discovered that a laptop computer that had been secreted in the trunk was gone. Attempts to contact those responsible at the Premier Parking were initially unsuccessful for over 12 hours, then the manager of that location asked us to email a complete description of the incident, which we did the following day. We have heard nothing since despite repeated emails to the local manager and to the corporate headquarters in Arizona. My strong suggestion is to avoid this company despite the somewhat lower parking rate they offer.

There have been many many prior warnings on these boards regarding Premier Parking......this is just more of the same.

Please take all measures not to use this lot. Nov 30 we arrived only to find the Police and several disgruntled people trying to park or retrieve cars . Police deemed this lot closed for the day.Even though we had reservations paid for we were denied parking. There was a guy at the hotel up the street giving out flyers as to where you could drive to and park with another company obviously this goes on here quite often. Upon arriving at the next place ( which was a garage for repairing vans trucks etc. ) Anyway we paid their fee for transport to the Ship. I just called

for refund again no answer no phone calls are ever returned. Shoddy shoddy . Dont be disappointed..
