The dress code in Blu on Formal Nights is smart casual, although a lot of people still dress up in their formal attire when dining in Blu. I would say it's probably around 50/50.

I cruised aqua class on the Reflection recently and I would say that many people were dressed up for formal night in Blu...I had decided I was going to dress formally because I thought it would be fun. I was surprised to see so many in Blu do the same thing! I will say that the second formal night was lower key in Blu. My advice is wear what you feel comfortable with in Blu... And it will be fine!

Many people follow the ships dress code in Blu and do dress for formal nights. If you want to dress up, you surely wouldn't be out of place.
