There's a lot of work going at the new terminal. They are working on the far end of the parking/loading area. The supports for the canopies are up. You can't see it on webcam but the one bridge is attached.

And of course since the Explorer is not returning the parking lot is empty.

So do we know if the parking garage is going to be done or no? Just curious as I have never been to this port and wondering what the parking situation will be like. Is there enough parking or do you have to be there super early? Is the lot monitored and safe?

The garage will not be done this year per a recent article. It will be on the other side of the structure, so it will be out of the webcam view.

January, when they return I will get info.

They appear to be working on it, between the new and old terminal. Lots of torn up concrete piled everywhere. Not sure of a completion date though.
