It has to be true because I just got an email from Royal telling me to book these excursions for our Enchantment cruise next week:

Well, they do say itineraries are subject to change.

 

I highly recommend you book those excursions through RCI, because in order to make that itinerary work the ship would have to depart each port before it arrives, which means the ship won't be there once you get off at the port.
