Help! Beer Benchmarking

So a couple of years ago we went on B2B cruises with Carnival & HAL….the cruise price was roughly the same, yet HAL was pitched as the “Premium Line” and it was certainly more posh than Carnival…what surprised me was that the price of a full strength beer of Carnival was more expensive than HAL…..which got me thinking that people might assume that Value cruise lines like NCL, Carnival, RCL might have cheaper booze….but perhaps not

Thus I would like to benchmark beer prices…..can anyone out there who has recently cruised let me know what the price of a full strength beer on their cruise was

I don't have all the prices of HAL's beers (I am not a beer drinker nor is DH) but this small list will give you an idea of some of the beers.

Keep in mind that some lines offer specials like buy 5 and the 6th is free.

 

Some lines offer liquor packages where you get all you can drink for a set price.
