Manage my cruise issues on Carnival.com

Is anyone else experiencing issues trying to get to the manage my cruise page? I login and I don't get taken to the manage my cruise page. I click add my booking and then it stays on that page.

I just checked mine as well, and all is good.

Maybe restart your computer, or empty your cookies?

I am on my computer at work which is the slowest one in the world and was just able to go there and look at my upcoming cruise.

Had the same problem. Cleared cookies and all is fine now.

I was on there earlier and it was fine...now I get a site down message....

I was having problems with Safari. It kept saying it couldn't open the page. I finally cleared the history and cookies, then restarted it. Everything if fine now. I would try doing that also.

Log out and log back in ~ that helped me. Now I'm having an issue with printing my cruise docs.

I still have a issue. If I don't login, I can add access to my booking but as soon as I login it goes away. Carnival support have sent my case to their It dept. when they log in they get the same thing too.

I have three future cruises booked and it only shows two of the bookings. if I go to quick access at the bottom of the log in page and put in the info the third comes up but will not stay the next time I log in. Carnival support said they are working on the problem to show multiple booking but do not have a answer when. Sounds like they need a new website support team.

Works a-ok for me..just accessed my 3 bookings...all info shows up...logged in without issue....Good thing I did...next cruise is in 15 days!!!! OMG...what do I do?!?!?!?

Try going with Firefox. Click on manage cruise. Had to download boarding info then print. Leaving tommorow and all printed out

Very frustrating....happens on and off all the time. ..chrome and explorer....this happened a year ago when I cruised in 2013 also. You would think a big company like carnival would have it together.
