XPRESS Pass not ready

19 days til we cruise and our xpress passes are not ready. Is that normal? I did the online check in over a month ago and all of it says it is complete.

No, that's not typical. Are you sure you didnt miss a step ? If not, I'd suggest contacting Celebrity's online check-in assistance team, at 1-877-200-2897. I'm sure they can assist. Please let us know the outcome and good luck !

If you want a quick answer don't email - either call them or get your TA to do so. You're not alone as I had the same problem, now sorted but no reason given.

Okay, so it turns out there was a $700 balance on the main cruise reservations page though when you go to the details it is paid in full. I did have to call and after a supervisor looked at it they fixed it.
