We sail on the CB on the 26 of april. At the end of our sail, We want to try the excursion that show you the highlights of Houston. We are from Québec and never visited Texas. Has anyone tried that excursion ( not the NASA one)?

Today, up in Québec we have a snow storm!!!!!!!!!!! can't wait for the warm sun of the south!!!!!!!!!

We just did that excursion yesterday. It was OK, but nothing great. At least that is our opinion. We saw the Monument to Texas independence, drove by a battlefield, stopped for a couple of picture opportunities (including at the battleship Houston), and drove around downtown. We got to the airport in plenty of time for our 4:20 flight out.

We always do the excursions in ports prior to going to airport, with airport dropoff. It is always a nice way to end our vacation. Sometimes we see a lot , other times so so, but still enjoyable. Never done the one in Houston.

Always feel like we got our money's worth.

Will be on the same cruise with 10 friends the 26th. A few have also booked the same tour afterwords. It will pass the time till your flight. I didn't have enough time B4 my flight or would have too.
