Flying on a major holiday

We are planning on flying down to Fort Lauderdale from Baltimore on Thanksgiving Day to stay 2 nights pre cruise before leaving on Saturday the 29th this year on the Oasis of the Seas. Southwest schedule hasn't been released yet, not until mid may. From past experience is it cheaper to fly out the day of a major holiday? I know the day before Thanksgiving is probably the busiest travel day of the year but am hoping it will be cheaper the day after.

Flying on Thanksgiving can be relatively cheaper and much less crowded, particularly in the morning. However, that doesn't mean SW will be cheaper than anybody else. There are many discussions on that topic here.
