Neck pillows

Do they really help when your on a very long flight? Flying for the first time on a 10 hour 41 minutes flight from Chicago to Honolulu on Sunday and wondering if this will help me be able to sleep better.

Oh yes! I often use mine in a front facing position as I find it more comfortable. My husband uses his at home all the time. He also has a travel one that inflates so it takes up less room in his bag.
