Another Dining Question

This is another dining thread....sorry.

Is it still possible to get a table for 2 in traditional dining? We'll be on the Golden next year and would like to do traditional to avoid waits at anytime but would like a table for two.

What do you think? Thanks.

They exist. All depends on demand. You can request, but not guaranteed, then if you don't get see if the MD can change things around.

We usually can get a table for two on most of our Princess cruises. We always do the late traditional seating plan.

 

*First, I'd suggest that you request it ahead of time, either through your TA or Princess Customer Service or online through the Cruise Personalizer (you might want to check that as I am not entirely sure). They can't promise, but will try to meet your request.

 

Anyway, when you board, you can call the Dine Line to check or see the Maitre D' and ask where your table is and if it is a table for two. If you find that you are not at a table for two, speak to the Maitre D' on the first night and ask if you can change your table to a table for two.

 

If you are at a table with others, you may be pleasantly surprised how much you are enjoying your dining companions and decide to stay put....or not.;)

Yes, there are tables for two in the TD room. You can request one, but they do not guarantee you will get one. Also often they are 6 to 12 inches from the next table

Yes, see the MD on embarkation day at the time/place listed in the patter.

Its usually around 2pm in one of the DR's.
