RCCL my time dining reservation website

I have been trying for two weeks to modify my reservations and ever time I get the website down will fix shortly. Anyone get through?

I have not had a problem making reservations in the past few weeks.

I was having trouble with it today, so I called to see if they could book my dining reservations... It took 45 minutes to do my My Time reservations. Then I wanted to add to people to a specialty reservation and they needed to call the help desk to modify the reservation because of a recent computer "upgrade". He came back to get my credit card info to finish the reservation, and then I sat for another 30 minutes on hold before being disconnected after 90 minutes on the phone...

 

I have no idea where my reservations stand, but don't bother calling - it won't make a difference.:rolleyes:

I did two My Time dining reservations for my coming Alure cruise today around 2 pm on line. Took about 5 minutes if that . Logged in through my cruises.

I think the issue may be with modifying reservations... It seems to work for new reservations.

I tried for several weeks to specify the My Time Dining preferences on Radiance of the Seas via the website. Our travel agent verified that RCI is having problems with the page for these reservations. I called in and had all selections inputted by customer service in a matter of minutes.

I changed my MTD reservations this week and didn't have any problems. Glad I didn't have to call.
