Just curious if anyone knows whether Captain Massimo Marino is still sailing. He was our captain on 2 of our previous cruises. People don't seem to talk about the captains, at least not that I've been able to find.

I believe he was our Captain in Jan on the Breeze:)

Captain Carmelo Marino is on Conquest right now. He had been on Fascination at the beginning of the year. He then was moved to Sunshine for a few weeks before Conquest. We really enjoyed having a couple of meals with him. Wow, he can certainly fly through some lobster tails! Really personable and so interesting.

Is this the right captain?

He was on the Breeze in December. Due to some corporate meetings, the 2 captains for the Breeze changed mid cruise, so I got to meet both, which was mildly interesting.

Thanks for the update. Although I was looking at a recent FunTimes for the Breeze (posted in someone's review), and it doesn't look like he is still the Captain.:( I'm sure he's out there somewhere!

Good to know hereisjohnny. Maybe he was on a break when the reviewer was on the Breeze.

He is a great guy. My husband has 2 pictures with him. He acted like he remembered him the second time (lol)!
