Pool Question

Do they have life vests around the pools for kids? Wanted to know if I need to bring one or not.

No, they don't, it is the parent's responsibility.

Kids should really have swimming lessons before being in a pool without an adult right there with them. Check with your local YMCA/YWCA or Red Cross for swimming lessons in your area. Make sure they are comfortable before getting near the water to avoid some of the horrible headlines we have seen lately.

If you have small kids, you can bring your own vest or "floaties"....some toddler bathing suits have the floatation vest built in.

But, nothing beats your being right there with them.

One of us will definitely be with him at all times in the water. He is the one who wants to wear it and it makes him feel secure. Just didn't want to pack one if they have them around the pools.
