Lorey2007 Posted July 21, 2014 #1 Share Posted July 21, 2014 (edited) We are seniors with a hefty amount of luggage. Will be debarking Canada Place and may want to take a independent tour but worry how we will get the luggage to where we would meet the tour. Same thing with a taxi will we have to schlep our bags ourselves to the taxi line if we decide to just take a taxi? The line for taxis is at the same level as what you leave with your luggage. taxi's are brought in as they are required.

Urban trekker Posted July 25, 2014 #6 Share Posted July 25, 2014 The east convention center is part of the complex that makes up Canada Place - it also houses the World Trade center where many of our provincial government cabinet ministers have their Vancouver offices, the Pan Pacific hotel and the Fly over Vancouver exhibit. Most tours leave from just outside the Cruise ship entrance - either walk up the ramp from the terminal or take the elevator up one floor to the convention center/Pan Pacific - walk outside and you will see the tour buses, the HOHO buses all queque up. FWIW - Canada Place was built as the Canadian Pavillion for Expo 86. Hope this helps Cheers Dennis
