Izumi and surcharge questions on oasis

Did i read the other day on this forum that Izumi doesn't have the combos any longer?

 

How hard is it to get a reservation at any of the surcharge restaurants if you wait until you board?

 

I have already prepaid my gratuities and have $175 in OBC so don't want to pay for it on my credit card.

 

Probably only going to book Chops and Izumi.

 

Also the Solarium Bistro looks good and says open for dinner only but says hours are 11am until 4pm?

How hard is it to get a reservation at any of the surcharge restaurants if you wait until you board? Should not be a problem. They hold back a certain number of slots for onboard booking. Just go to the restaurant as soon as you board.
