Opinions on Seward Bus Lines please!

I am trying to finalize plans for our trip. I just booked this bus transfer from Anchorage Airport to Seward and got a bad vibe from my interaction with the person at this company. He was a little loose on how we were to connect at the airport. He gave me a confirmation number after I paid and then abruptly hung up. I called back and inquired about how much he charged to my card, and the price he charged was more than what his web site stated. Then, of course, I found a bad review, written within the last month, on Yelp. I was hoping somebody else here could ease or confirm my fears about this company.

Not sure which exactly bus you're talking about but we used

however from Seward-ANC and had great service from them from beginning to end.
