RC unresponsive--poor customer service

I would think if you pre-purchased your package the refund would come directly from the vendor -- at least that has been my experience. If you purchased your package on the ship and it went on your on-board account, that adds a layer of complexity because the refund would be a multi-step process.

Today, Sept 17, I received a call from RC Customer Service saying the credit had been sent to my credit card. Two months after photo vendor issued credit to RC! Glad to have this resolved.

 

That's about par for the course. :rolleyes:
