Trying to plan a cruise using Carnivals website

BTW, clearing the cache/cookies in Chrome is pretty painless. Click on the three horizontal lines on the upper right edge of the browser and select SETTINGS near the bottom of the list. Scroll to the bottom of the displayed page and select "Show Advanced Settings". The first thing to appear is "PRIVACY" and right under that is the button "Clear Browsing Data". I have everything checked, select "the beginning of time" in the pulldown at the top, and then press "Clear Browsing Data". When it comes back, it is done. Close the browser and restart it.

I wish it would work for me. I've tried all different browsers, computers, cleared everything and even tried to troubleshoot with carnival. I still am

Not able to book am excursion or save my booking to my profile. I have tried on 5 different computers and our TA couldn't book am excursion on her end for us either. I've given up with the website at this point!
