Alaska cruisetours 2015

Does anyone know what's going on with the Princess 2015 Alaska cruisetours? I can't pull up prices. Instead I see this error message: Pricing is currently not available for this date or the selected cabin type. Please try a different departure date, cabin type or check back later.

It's been this way for at least two days.

It happens sometimes. Princess is likely updating, etc. It's frustrating but there's nothing to do but live with it and check back later.

Hmmmm... I took a quick glance and I can see pricing just fine. Maybe try a different browser or clear your cache?...

Weird. I tried a different browser and still couldn't see cruisetour prices, even for other areas. Maybe because I'm in Bonaire? But I can see cruise prices.

I've been trying for 2 weeks to see if the prices have changed on our May 2015 Connoisseur tour, and I've gotten that same message every time. Our friends who are going with us have also gotten the same message.

It is quite possible that the cruisetour is sold out.

We are booked on a cruise tour June 2015 - and I have been checking the prices daily with no problem these past few days. It may well be related to the particular tour you are on. We aren't booked on the connoisseur - we are on one of the Denali explorers on the Coral, originating in Anchorage for a 4 day pre cruise tour and then disembarking in Vancouver.

 

We actually had a $200 pp price drop (from the original launch fare) about two weeks ago that we were able to snag (it wasn't an advertised sale, the price just "dropped"). When I checked this new 3 for Free promo the base fare actually went back up by $200 pp.

Yes, I was thinking the same thing, that our cruise tour may very well be sold out already.

 

Our cruise tour is the May 24 6 day Connoisseur tour then onto the Grand for 7 days Southbound.

My cruise tour last year showed that when they had sold out. They have just so many positions in the cruise tours.

If it's sold out, then you don't have to worry any more about checking for price drops :rolleyes:

 

I solved my mystery. I was able to get Cruisetour prices when my computer was in Florida. But since I've been in Bonaire (6 days), every one of them has the same error message. I could see cruise prices, but some of them were higher than I'd been seeing from Florida just last week. Then I logged in and everything went back to the way it was in Florida. The Cruisetour prices are there and the cruise prices are back where they were last week. So those of you who are getting error messages, particularly if you're away from home, try logging in before you search.
