Select Dining Packages for 2015

Does anyone know when the dining packages will be posted for 2015? I'm also curious if Celebrity changes the menus in both the MDR and Speciality Dining venues every year. I'm doing the Panama Canal Westbound in April and would like to take a look at changes to both the pricing options and menus. Celebrity did tell me that to dine without the package for any SR it's $45.00, but would not commit to when the days/pricing will be posted. I think my impatience is going to get the best of me :D

Don't you mean Specilaty Dining packages? There are no Select Dining packages. The prices for each of the Specialty venues vary, they aren't all $45

Your absolutely right! Speciality dining packages it is. I should have been more specific with the $45 remark, this pertains only to U.S.S. United States and Qsine on the Infinity which is what my inquiry was to Celebrity. Thanks for the correction.

Celebrity does not change menu's on a yearly basis so if you have a sample menu for either Qusine or the USS that is pretty much what will be offered when you cruise.
