Can anyone tell me if the UBP includes getting a bucket of beer or if

my DW and I decide to get the drink of the day? Like a pina colada or daquiri

No buckets and no drinks of the day in specialty cups , but they will improvise and make it in a regular glass

When we were in the theater for the kids club circus performance, our waiter brought my husband and me 6 beers in a bucket on our UBP, because he knew we would need it to get through that. He put 3 beers on each of our cards.

 

You can get the DOD, but you don't get the glass. The drinks of the day are on the menu every single day, but are discounted on their designated day, so you can order them whenever, since price doesn't matter to you.
