x pass question - please help!

Hi was hoping someone, could help, I'm one of a group of 3 couples booked to sail on celebrity equinox in November, it has been myself filling in all of our information for the cruise, two of the couple's x passes printed off fibe all the boxes were ticked an the x pass said ready to print on each name of the couple, on the third couple all the boxes were ticked so all the information given was fine, but on the last box where it is x pass, the top name example Bev Smith it said ready to print, which we did an it was fine, and her husband's boxes underneath her name were all ticked so the information was fine but the last box which usually has x pass ready to print had same as Bev Smith, couldn't get it to change so printed it, which was in Bev Smith, is this okey for both of them to board with?, the two other couples had different numbered bank cards, different e mail addresses, an different emergency contact numbers, Bev Smith an her husband had exactly the same things in there form, do you think this could be the reason, would hate to get to port, an there was a problem, please help, thankyou

You are fine with one pass for two people since they have one account for both.

Yes, as long as both names are listed on the Xpress Pass.

 

Check to see that both names are listed in the Cruise Ticket Contract section and also in the Onboard Expense Account section.

 

If not, call the telephone number listed on the screen for help with checking-in online.

(When you are logged into your Celebrity account looking at Online Check-in under your reservation, it is found on the right side of the screen under Important Check-in Information ).

 

I hope that number works as well for people in the UK as ours does in the USA, since we found that to be one number where they actually answered the telephone right away and were really helpful and knowledgeable when we had a problem with online check-in.

 

 

It is a good idea to print off two copies of the first page of the Xpress Pass so you can each have a copy as a backup, just in case one should be misplaced or if you should decide to check in separately for any reason.
